First attempt with my own hand, without any helper>>>>>failure lol..who can help me finish my mille crepe.. Once c it, once eat it, u will never lk mille crepe anymore...haha who wn try???arghhh..it is so reluctant to c mille crepe in front of me now.. My goodness...how to finish all tat??lol

马拉松比赛

18.05.2013 今天实践了预想不到的任务。 5km 马拉松比赛。(事先,还被同事放鸽子,有点失望) 哈哈。。没有运动细胞的我,什么运动对我而言都很吃力。 但又不想全年都没什么运动, 好像很不健康的。 所以设下了至少要参加一次马拉松。 酱我就没理由偷懒。 至于为什么选择马拉松呢? 因为跑步不用钱, 二来,一步一步的跑,汗流狭背的很痛快。 三来,不需要人陪,你跑你的我跑我的,不会拖累别人。 四來,需要很有毅力,坚持跑下去,永不放弃。 跑的路程中,你会超越别人,当你慢下来,别人就会超越你, 大家都互相鼓励和激励。 我们的目标只有一个,就是终点。 只要永不放弃, 胜利就在前方。 路途中,我一直埋怨,为什么那么遥远,为什么那么犯贱要参加马拉松,心想不如放弃吧, 但一旦看到很多人,不管男女老少奔向前方时, 就会觉得自己有点惭愧。哈哈, 可能就是输不起。 还是咬紧牙梗, 跑完吧! 不管快还是慢, 跑完就好^^ 不是为了奖品,而是为了那份斗志。 终于。。。5km..40分钟。。哈哈。。好慢噢!! 很拍涩一下。。有待进步。加油^^

speechless...hopeless...

5th May 2013, cn be considered as historical day in Malaysia. Today, I believe they are many ppl like me, experienced the general election for the first time. Evryone is excited for the first vote and of course for the UBAH direction. we are not sure the opposition can bring us better future, but we are sure that the previous govern cnt. so, why not gv a change as it has been 56 years no improvement. we dont wan corruption, pollution.....we just want a clean and fair election...but the result of the poll is never satisfied, perhaps we should know the fact before election, because bn never lose no matter how...this is what democracy mean for..sudd electric run off, miracle happen, from trailing behind far away chg to winner...what's a mystery. Anyhow, the result is announced. i felt ashame for the election.should i feel proud to b a malaysian?? democracy country??i wonder...and mayb it gonna be banglasia, who knows?? lol..anyway, congrats opposition for the big sweep in penang, selangor then kelantan.it obviously prove that money cant buy human's heart. i am still waiting the explaination for those uncertainty incident...phamton voters? indelible ink?electric run off?? wat else??  i believe there will be alot lie againts it. looking forward..hope that this is not the full stop all the best to malaysia^^ Today is a black day to indicate the dirty of the election.. And hope, no more rumour created to confuse residents. Those petitions are helpful or not??or there is another tactic to trap ppl?i m nt sure.. urged ppl dun spread if unsure, bcos it may gv us harmful especially opposition leader for any possibility . Unite towards the same direction. U cn make a difference in one day...evil cnt get victory. Evil cant win justice..邪不能胜正。 totally chinese translate..haha...forgive my poor english..it has been awhile i dint write in english..lol
